Appointments & Scheduling
We highly recommend booking appointments in advance. Please arrive a few minutes early to check in. In the event you arrive late you may not receive your full service.
A 24 hour notice is required to cancel a scheduled appointment. Guest canceling the day of the appointment will be charged 50% of the total cost, and "no shows" will be charged 100% of the total cost. We require a credit card on file to complete your reservation.
All gift certificates must be redeemed within 6 months from the date of purchase. Gift certificates must be present to use. Phone and mail orders are available.
Any guest unsatisfied with services has a period of 7 Days to file a complaint. Our redo policy does NOT warrant mind changes, opinions of peers, or any changes in color due to lack of proper care at home. If the claim is found to be justified in that the stylist was unable to deliver the results discussed with the stylist, the guest will be rescheduled within another 7 days with the original stylist. Refunds are not granted.
